Welcome to ReignBow

A quiet place made just for girls like you.

Growing up is loud. School, friends, phones, feelings that come out of nowhere, it can be a lot. ReignBow is your soft landing. A pocket-sized sanctuary of guided meditations, gentle prayers, and honest girl talk, all spoken in a warm voice that feels like a big sister who really gets it.

No pressure. No comparison. Just a few minutes a day to remember who you are and how deeply loved you're becoming.

Our Story

Welcome to Reignbow Journey

Created with love by a grandmother and granddaughter.

Reignbow Journey began with something simple: conversations between a grandmother and her granddaughter.

I'm Ama, and one of the greatest joys of my life is being a grandmother.

As Aniya began growing from a little girl into a young lady, I found myself thinking about all the things I wanted her to know, not just the things she would learn in school, but the things that help shape who a girl becomes.

  • How to know her worth.
  • How to understand her emotions.
  • How to choose good friendships.
  • How to be kind without allowing others to take advantage of her kindness.
  • How to have manners and carry herself with confidence.
  • How to calm herself when life feels overwhelming.
  • How to talk about the things that may be uncomfortable to say out loud.
  • How to dream about her future while still enjoying the girl she is today.

And most importantly, I wanted her to know that she would always have someone she could talk to.

But I didn't want Reignbow Journey to be something I simply created for Aniya.

I wanted to create it with her.

So we began talking.

I brought the perspective of a grandmother who has lived through many seasons of life, raised a family, made mistakes, learned lessons, experienced joy and disappointment, and understands how quickly a little girl grows up.

Aniya brought something equally important: the perspective of a girl who is living this journey right now. Her thoughts. Her questions. Her generation. Her experiences. Her voice.

Together, those two perspectives became Reignbow Journey.

From Our Journey to Yours

Reignbow Journey is a space for girls ages 10-15 to slow down and discover more about themselves while strengthening the relationships with the people who love them.

Through journaling, gratitude, meditation, prayer, calming exercises, life lessons, Mother and Daughter Talks, Father and Daughter experiences, and meaningful activities, girls are encouraged to explore their emotions, character, relationships, dreams, and the young women they are becoming.

Because growing up isn't one straight path. There are beautiful days. Confusing days. Exciting days. Hard days. Days when she feels confident. And days when she needs someone to remind her just how special she is.

That's why we chose the name Reignbow Journey.

A rainbow isn't made of just one color. And neither is growing up.

Every experience adds another color to her story: the laughter, the questions, the lessons, the mistakes, the friendships, the dreams, the tears, the courage, and the love.

They all belong.

A Note From Ama

Aniya, someday you will be grown. You'll have your own experiences, make your own decisions, and create a life that belongs completely to you.

I won't always be able to walk every road beside you.

But there are things I hope you carry with you wherever life takes you:

  • Know who you are.
  • Know your worth.
  • Protect your peace.
  • Be kind.
  • Ask questions.
  • Make mistakes and learn from them.
  • Choose people who respect you.
  • Never be afraid to begin again.
  • And always know that you are deeply loved.

Reignbow Journey is one of the ways I can leave those reminders with you.

And somewhere, another mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, or caregiver may be searching for a way to have these same conversations with a girl they love.

So we decided to share our journey with them, too.

From one grandmother and granddaughter to another family, welcome to Reignbow Journey.

Her feelings. Her voice. Her growth. Her journey.

With love,
Ama & Aniya

For parents

Walk this journey with her.

Reignbow Journey works best when a parent or caregiver is nearby. She keeps her private space, and you get simple, guided ways to stay close. Here is how to use it alongside her, in about ten minutes a week.

Step 1

Set it up together

Create her account side by side, pick her plan, and agree that her journal stays private to her.

Step 2

Pick your weekly time

Choose one recurring moment, Sunday evening works well, and add it to the shared calendar.

Step 3

Use the prompts

Open a Mother & Daughter conversation or a Father & Daughter adventure and let her lead the talking.

Step 4

Close it gently

End with one meditation or gratitude moment together. No advice, no fixing, just listening.

A few gentle ground rules

  • Her journal entries are hers. Ask to hear them, never require it.
  • Short and consistent beats long and rare. Ten minutes is plenty.
  • If a hard topic comes up, thank her for sharing before you respond.
